I know its very irrating....So i am here to help u
First of all try clearing your cache and cookies? To do so, go to the Wrench -> Options -> Under The Hood. Under the Privacy section, click on the Clear browsing data button. Select to clear the cache and cookies options (note you will be logged out of any sites you're logged into). Towards the bottom, select to clear this data from the past week, then click Clear browsing data. 

If you're still having layout issues after doing this, does it work if you try logging into Facebook using incognito mode? Click Control + Shift + N to open an incognito window.
